This Company was officially Formed on July 12, 2021 to act as the Consolidated Holding Company behind the IU International University of Applied Sciences.
Acquisitions[edit]
On June 13, 2023, The University of Fredericton announced the IU Group had acquired it.
On June 15, 2023, The London Institute of Banking & Finance announced that the IU Group had acquired it.
