EARLY LIFE
Alexander Hanst, better known as “Iamdeathrow”, is mainly known for his striking style and dangerous stunts.
After many viral video clips, advertising campaigns and events, he recently made his acting debut in the film Budaloniet.
Alexander started his career as a horse jockey in 2001, where he competed in several races internationally. As a jockey, Alexander was required to relocate to Miami in 2008 where he studied and obtained his license as a professional jockey. A quick change of interest arose for Alexander when he moved to the Netherlands in 2010. While he was in the Netherlands, he became increasingly focused on the bikelife and made himself known worldwide as the “wheelie king”. The “wheelie king” became a household name all over Europe in the early 2000s. He used his popularity and released his own merchandising, which became a fashion trend all over the Netherlands.
His achievements, as well as his failures, resulted in many mentions. The “Wheelie King” became a major icon due to his inhumane stunts; many legends said he was indestructible. At the pinnacle of his newly found bike talent, he was involved in a life-threatening accident. This occurred in February 2013; doctors told him he almost died. The accident was so brutal, he ended up in a wheelchair for quite some time. After many operations and a year of intensive rehabilitation, Alexander decided to pick up racing again. At this moment, “Wheelie king” was reborn as “Iamdeathrow”; his comeback was more intense than ever. "iamdeathrow" did things no one wanted to do, and his name and his brand began turning necks, now more than ever in the BikeWorld. More people than ever wanted to work with him, his social media audience grew, and he began to get opportunities to debut in various bike shows.
PUBLICATIONS
In 2015, Alexander did a video commercial for Coca Cola, a commercial that gave him a lot of recognition. Shortly after his on-air debut, he was approached by and received many invites from celebrities worldwide.
As an open invitation, he flew to Miami where Farruko invited him to one of his video shoots with Kymani Marley.
From this moment on, he was a household name worldwide.
