Ian Alexander (actor)

Ian Alexander (born 20 April 2001) is an Asian-American actor best known for his role as Buck Vu in the Netflix original series The OA (2016). He has also had roles in both Every Day (2018 film) as Vic / A and The Last of Us Part II (2018) playing the voice of Lev. Ian is an active voice in the transgender community, and has also expressed his thoughts on many political issues via social media. He is also associated with ResistRebelCo, an online etsy store selling pins or badges which donates a portion of its profits to charity.

Prior being cast in his first professional role, Ian lived in Washington, D.C. and acted in community productions as well as high-school plays. After discovering his success in applying for the role of Buck via social media site tumblr, Ian moved to Los Angeles.
