Ice Cream Grade

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Ice Cream Grade is a road in the Santa Cruz mountains. It is approximately 2.7 miles long and runs from Pine Flat Road to Empire Grade, where it continues as Felton Empire Road to Felton. The road is so named because many people had ice cream socials many years ago near where the road was built. [1]

Route Description[edit]

Ice Cream Grade begins at Pine Flat Road near Boony Doon Elementary School. From there, it heads south and turns east at Clancy Lane. Shortly after, it intersects Martin Road. After the intersection with Martin Road, the road becomes windy and narrows to 1 lane at some points. The road ends at Empire Grade and Felton Empire Road[2]
