Igal Flegmann

Igal Flegmann is the co-founder and current CEO of Keytos, a company which he founded with his brother Marcos Flegmann.[1] Born in Mexico, Flegmann traveled the world for his education, attending the prestigious Ridley College in Ontario, Canada, for boarding school and then attending Purdue University, where he earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering upon graduating in 2017.[2] Flegmann is also an avid cyclist; while at Purdue, Flegmann was part of the Purdue Cycling Club and raced in many Purdue-sponsored events.[3]

    • Flegmann developed and published the FitLife fitness app.
  • Mister Miners
    • Co-founder (2017)
    • Flegmann co-founded Mister Miners, a simple open-source mining GUI intended to help people with coin mining.
  • Microsoft
    • Program Manager (2017-2018)
    • Software Engineer (2018-2021)
    • Flegmann's love for coding and software led him to join Microsoft as a Program Manager directly out of college; he stayed at Microsoft until early 2021, at which time he co-founded Keytos. At Microsoft, Flegmann largely worked on modernizing PKI tools to meet the scalability needed for Azure.[4]
  • Coding Flamingo
    • In 2019, while still at Microsoft, Flegmann created the Coding Flamingo YouTube channel, a channel dedicated to teaching people how to code and program via fun projects.[5]
  • Keytos
    • Upon leaving Microsoft in 2021, Flegmann co-founded Keytos with his brother Marcos in order to create a passwordless, stress-free security environment.[1] Flegmann currently serves as the CEO of Keytos.
