Ilan Haim Dray (born August 3, 1974) is a UX & UI Designer, Creative Director, Artist and Mentor. Born in Haifa, Israel. Dray began his career in France by studying the art of Graphic Design and Tech. His first position was Junior Art Director at “ Griffe Agency “ (1995), after 3 months he moved on to “ Les Editions Stratégiques “ as Junior Art Director (1996 Jan. - Dec.) mainly focusing on the Advertising & Press of the company. at the same time Dray was working for “ PPDL Group “ as Art Director (1996 - 1998) he took more responsibilities to his work such as Web design, Corporate Identity, CD-ROM’s for International Brands such as ALFA ROMEO, MAZDA, Fiat, Sommer Allibert, Glaxo wellcome, Medgene and Ricoh. after 25 years of experience in the tech and art world, Dray decided to come back to Israel to help growing local start-ups. Dray took a position at “ EagleShade “ as VP & Creative Director (1998) doing Studio Creative Directing for 6 years. Dray Co - Founded “ Inkod “ (2005) with Roni Nizri Geva, “ Inkod “ is a company that delivers UX/UI services to early stage and hi-tech startups.
Personal life[edit]
Dray was born and grew up in Israel until the age of 6, he moved to France and spent 20 years learning Art and Design and getting inspired. Dray met his wife Liliana Ghiani in Sardegna. In 2020 He proposed and married her in Seychelles. Dray’s favorite artist of all time is Michael Jackson.
Career[edit]
At Sep. 2017 - Dec. 2019 Dray Worked for CybeReason as VP Creative and Head of Design, Dray designed their logo, Website and products. Jan. 2020 He joined Aqua Security (Present position). Co - Funded Cyber for people with Yoram Salomon. Dray is mentoring the Israeli Aerospace Industries Innovation Center - Starurst about strategies and UX | UI. Dray Founded Fusion experience which is his philosophy about user experience.
