Ilya Pekaruk (Ілля Пекарук, born 2003) is a Ukrainian professional darts player who currently plays in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) and other national events. He represented his country during the WDF Europe Cup and PDC World Cup of Darts. He is also a Junior Java Developer and actually studying at the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.

Career[edit]

Pekaruk began his career competing in local tournaments. Four times he advanced to the finals of the World Darts Federation youth tournaments held in Ukraine, but won only once in the Kyiv Masters final in 2018 against Andrii Torskiy.[1] Pekaruk made his international debut at the 2022 WDF Europe Cup. In the singles competition, he only played one game in the preliminary round, where he lost to Aigars Strelis by 0–4 in legs. In the team competition, Ukraine was eliminated in the group stage, finishing fourth out of five.[2]

In March 2023, he won the World Cup Qualifying organised in Lviv and together with Vladyslav Omelchenko will represent Ukraine at the 2023 PDC World Cup of Darts.[3]
