The Imam el-Houari Mosque (Arabic: مسجد الإمام الهواري‎) , also called Mosque of Bey Mohamed Othman El-Kebir (Arabic: مسجد محمد الباي عثمان الكبير‎), is a historic mosque in Oran named in honor of the city's patron saint Sidi El Houari. It was built in 1799, as attested by an incomplete inscription, on the orders of the Bey Mohammed Ben Othmane. It is built in the heart of the historic Oranese district of Sidi El-Houari.
