Immortalized Tour is a concert tour by American heavy metal band Disturbed in support of the group's sixth studio album, Immortalized, released August 21, 2015. It was set to begin August 21, 2015, at the House of Blues in Chicago, Illinois. and tentatively end June 18, 2016, in Clisson, France at Hellfest.[1] Additional dates have been announced and are headlining North America this Summer 2016 with Breaking Benjamin, Alter Bridge and Saint Asonia. Afterwards they will be touring the United States with Chevelle and Nothing More who will be opening for them.

Disturbed is also scheduled to be opening in November for Knotfest in Japan on the first night. Additional dates in Australia and New Zealand have also been announced.
