Independence Star is the theoretical journal of the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea.
History
The first online issue appeared in December 2017,[1] and since then, Independence Star has been published sporadically, ranging from four issues in 2018 to one in 2020, to two as of August 2023.
2023 saw various developments. The issue published in April was the first to abandon the Microsoft Word-made digital feel in favour of a more traditional newspaper format. This was continued in the July 2023 issue.
In August 2023, a website was launched.[2]
