Independent Telecommunications Providers Association

The Independent Telecommunications Providers Association (formerly Ontario Telecommunications Association) is a non-profit organization which represents the telecommunications industry incumbent local exchange carriers in the Canadian provinces of Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec.[1]
