IndigoVerge is a design, development and online marketing studio for web and mobile solutions based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Founded in 2006, the company originally operated under the name CompletIT and focused on providing outsourced software solutions based on Microsoft Technologies. In May 2014 the company announced its rebranding to IndigoVerge[1] and shifted its business focus to design, development and online marketing for web, mobile and cloud solutions.

Overview[edit]

IndigoVerge was founded in 2006 to provide outsourced software solutions based on Microsoft Technologies. In 2009 the company extended its expertise into Microsoft Silverlight technology and its CTO Emil Stoychev was awarded a Silverlight MVP[2] recognition by Microsoft, renewed for 5 years on end, until 2014. The company too was recognized for its Silverlight expertise, being awarded a Featured Silverlight Partner status by Microsoft, in addition to Microsoft Gold and Silver Partner status.

In 2009 the company launched its first own project - SilverlightShow.net - an online community portal for resources related to Microsoft Silverlight technology. To further support the adoption of this technology on a local basis, in 2010 the company CTO Emil Stoychev founded the Silverlight User Group in Bulgaria.

In 2012 the company launched two more projects: the employee engagement platform Deed and HutGrip manufacturing solution. Shortly after its initial launch Deed became part of LauncHub investment portfolio.[3] HutGrip joined the Chattanooga, Tennessee accelerator GigTank.[4] Both projects are currently operational, with HutGrip winning a number of technology awards on an international and local scale.

In May 2014 the company announced its rebranding to IndigoVerge and shifted its business focus to design, development and online marketing for web, mobile and cloud solutions.
