Ineta Ziemele

Ineta Ziemele was judge at the European Court of Human Rights with respect to Latvia from 2005 to 2014. She is born on 12 February 1970 in Jelgava (Latvia).[1]
Education[edit]
She studied law at the faculty of law of the University of Latvia between 1988 and 1993. She then went to Sweden where she obtained a master of international law at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute and the University of Lund.
Later, she went to the [[University of Cambridge] from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a doctorate in law.
