Infinity Festival[edit]

Infinity Festival is an annual fall event in Los Angeles, founded in 2018 by Nick Urbom & Mark Lieber. The festival celebrates "Story Advanced by Technology", and has featured content from studios like Walt Disney Animations, 20th Century Fox, and Warner Bros', as well as exhibitions from top Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Verizon, and Intel, as well as studio Innovation Labs https://www.fastcompany.com/90244927/beverly-hills-infinity-film-festival. As of 2019, the chairman of the festival is Hanno Basse https://www.fastcompany.com/90244927/beverly-hills-infinity-film-festival. The festival was previously known as the Infinity Film Festival, but dropped the word "film" in 2019 to emphasize new technology in all fields.

The primary goal of the event is to bridge the gap between Hollywood and Silicon Valley - both known as geographical centers for experts in entertainment and technology respectively. Past sponsors include INTEL, RYOT, Epic Games, D-Box, Sony Innovation Labs, and Sotheby's. The festival also features IF Student Lab™, an initiative between Infinity Festival and some of the top film schools in the US, to promote and connect student's aspiring to advance in the industry of either tech or entertainment. https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/behind-screen/beverly-hills-infinity-film-festival-plans-unveiled-1107059
