Infosys multilevel car parking
Infosys multilevel car parking is a unique precast building located in Pune, India.
[1][2] The building is completely constructed with concrete using prefabricated elements and in-situ concrete. There are 3500 precast elements in the building comprising 16 m span slabs, 15 m tall columns, and 1300 façade elements each about 7 m long. Each façade weighs about 2.5 tons and has a triangular profile. The design, landscaping and construction with a precision of 10 milimeters. The construction was done in 160 days on site.

The parking comprises a basement and ten floors with a parking capacity of around 1300 cars.[4][5]
The facility was designed and constructed by Precast India Infrastructures and Domingo Seminario Architects.[6]

- The building was featured in fib bulletin and was a nominee for best concrete building in 2018.[3][7]
- Shortlisted in World Architecture Festival Awards 2017.[8]
- Winner as the Outstanding Concrete Structure of Karnataka in 2016 by Indian Concrete Institute[9][10]
