Joseph S. Friedberg is was an American lawyer from Minnesota.
Early life and education[edit]
Friedberg graduated second in his laww class from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
Career[edit]
Friedberg worked as a lawyer in North Carolina following graduation from law school. Eventually moving to Minnesota and going into private practice.
Comments on Judicial Activism[edit]
Friedberg made a splash by referring to current Minnesota Court of Appeals Judge Kevin G. Ross as a numsuck. Kevin G. Ross made public comments alleging Marijuana use led to violence in the Shooting of Philando Castile. The Officer, later fired, had claimed he "smelled Marijuana" and that meant that Castile was violent person for purposes of shooting him.
