Initiafy

Initiafy (now known as GoContractor) is an online contractor orientation platform for companies that routinely hire large volumes of short-term or contract workers, predominantly in heavy industries like Construction, Renewables, Mining and Oil and gas. Initiafy (now known as GoContractor) enables companies to deliver induction training to these new recruits online, before they join the site, allowing them to hit the ground running and saving the companies time and money.[1] Initiafy was founded in 2012 by Sean Fennell and Julie Currid and was originally called Induction Manager, before a change in name in 2015 and another name change in 2019.[2]

Initiafy has offices in London, Toronto, New York and is headquartered in Dublin.[3]

The company currently has roughly 200 customers, including Gilbane, Skanska,Turner, Graycore, Lendlease, ESB, British Gas, and construction group BAM.[4] [5]
