INNOVX is a multidisciplinary Moroccan company affiliated with the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P). It specializes in investing in the development of innovative and sustainable technological solutions for energy, agriculture, industry, and mining.
History
INNOVX was created within the framework of UM6P to address global challenges related to sustainability and industrial innovation. The company combines venture capital and business development to structure and support technological projects.
Among the key figures at INNOVX are Amine Houssaim, CEO of Hydrojeel, and Othman El Yaalaoui, Vice President in charge of Ecosystems and Business Development.[1]
Since its creation, INNOVX has initiated several projects, particularly in the energy, agriculture, chemistry, and digital sectors. In February 2024, the company launched Hydrojeel, a subsidiary dedicated to green hydrogen and green ammonia, with the stated intention of addressing the challenges of the energy transition in Morocco.[2]
