Innsys is registered as a licensed carrier with the CRTC (Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission) since 2008[3]

Innsys is a member of Canadian Numbering Administration Consortium CNAC[4]

Innsys is also a member of Toronto Internet ExchangeTORIX[5]

Services[edit]

Innsys is a network-access-based service provider[6], connecting its services from Bell Canada, Rogers Communications, Cogeco, Videotron. It provides DSL[7], Cable and Fiber Internet, VoIP phone services and Cable TV services to residential and business customers. The organisation is mainly focused around Ontario and Quebec customers. Other services that the company provides its customers include phone and Smart Monitoring along with IPTV.[8] The company also offers Business Phone Service, PBX & IVR systems and Long-Distance Calling, FTTN, DSL and Cable internet, and phone connections as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) in Canada.

In 2019, February, Innsys started developing their own fibre optic network in Canada and launched Innsys Fiber in condominiums in cities across Canada.
