Insane Vampire Posse, often abbreviated as IVP, is an American horrorcore hip-hop group. Formed in 1992, the group is known for its blend of gothic rap, horrorcore, and hardcore hip-hop. Its best-known lineup consists of rappers Grim Reaper (Kiro James Vance) and Skeleton Sam (Renjj Cole). IVP is recognized for its dark lyrical themes, supernatural storytelling, macabre humor, and theatrical approach to hip-hop. Although the group frequently explores horror and Halloween-related subjects, its music also covers comedy, fantasy, social commentary, personal struggles, and other topics. Over the years, IVP has developed an extensive discography, releasing music across multiple decades.
