INSOLENCE is an American Metal/hip hop band from San Jose, California. Formed in 1995, By Drummer RudeBoy Mando the band is known for Being one of the first to come bind Metal / Rap / Reggae / Punk in to Their Music. To create the INSOLENCE Sound. Insolence formed By RudeBoy Mando in San Jose, California, 1995. INSOLENCE Started as a Bay Area Thrash Metal Band. with Their first Release Vicious Circle 1995. with the Original Line up RudeBoy Mando Drums, Ron Taniguchi Vocals / Guitar, Rich Reed Bass and Joey Ruiz Rhythm Guitar. After making A name for themselves in the Bay Area Playing with Bands like Mechine Head. &other others. The band Was on A Mission to make A Name for San Jose Ca. At the same time RudeBoy Mando Opened up A Rehearsal Studio Called Loud Mouth Studio"s For Local Band"s in San Jose. Where he met Billy (Mech 1) Rosenthal and Mark Herman. And That's where Mark and Mando Decided to start a side Band. Once the Original Singer for INSOLENCE caught wind of it and Decided to Leave the Band. And that's when we Decided to Keep the name INSOLENCE And change the Sound. With the Release of WITHIN 1996 on Loud Mouth Records. And Started Selling out Shows in San Jose And Touring Europe They Started to Make A Name for Themselves. So they followed up with the Release of UNIVERSAL 1998 on Loud Mouth Records. And POISONOUS PHILOSOPHY 1999 With the hit song Third Eye Satellite That later would Be Known as Poison Well. Now they"re building up A buzz Their Manager Angie Cardenas Got them A show at the Roxy in LA. Where She met Nick With Nova Entertainment Management of SNOT. And was Interested in INSOLENCE. So they started to Co. Manage With Angie And Started Shopping the the for A Record deal. And MAVERICK Records Was the best Fit. So After Signing with MAVEICK They Released their Best Album to Date. REVOLUTION 2001. roduced by Sylvia Massy On MAVERICK / WARNER BROTHER. And started touring with many American rock and metal bands including Soul Fly, Corporate Avengers, Papa Roach, Slightly Stoopid, Hed PE, Skindred and others. And toured Japan. And did A movie with Sylvester Stallone DRIVEN 2001. After Major Success,with the Departure of RudeBoy Mando 2002, Shortly after INSOLENCE Was dropped from MAVERICK RECORDS. With the Departure of Drummer and Founding Member RudeBoy Mando, They continued on with their Release of Stand Strong 2003 Audio War 2005 and Project Konflict 2008 With A Revolving Door of Musicians And Dismissal of Bass Player Paul Parry. Then the Band Decided to go on A Hiatus in 2012. In the meantime RudeBoy Mando And Original Guitars Reconnected for A Show, played some old INSOLENCE Songs And Decided to get the Band back together With A new Line Up. The first Release "Rise of The Fallen. EP" 2015 produced by RudeBoy Mando and Bill Williams, And the Release of TRANSITION EP. In 2016. produced by RudeBoy Mando and Bill Williams.
