Institut Paul Bocuse (IPB) is a higher education institution specialised in hospitality and culinary arts management located in Lyon, France. It is named after Paul Bocuse (1926-2018) one of the founding fathers of the French "Nouvelle Cuisine" in the 1970s. The school was created in 1990. It offers undergraduates and postgraduates programmes delivered in France and in various partner institutions.[1]

The Institut Paul Bocuse (IPB) was founded in 1990 as a school dedicated in French tradition culinary arts. Over the years IPB has also grown hospitality and food services programmes.

Programmes[edit]

Programmes ranging from bachelor's degrees to doctorates are offered to more than 1000 students from 55 nationalities.IBP undergraduate programmes provide a study framework that delivers an industry-relevant and dynamic curriculum, increases opportunities for international experience, and offers a comprehensive learning [2]. They combine academic excellence, personal and life skills and emotional development with the professional knowledge and know-how for graduates to perform complex, managerial and specialised work activities in the hospitality and culinary industry.
