International Financial Group Limited (IFGL) is the parent company of several recognised brands within the international financial services industry,[1] including Friends Provident International, RL360, RL360° and Ardan International.[2]
History[edit]
Originally called RL360 Group, the name was changed in 2016 to support the acquisition of Ardan International.[3] It is part-owned by the management team, supported by private equity firm Vitruvian Partners,[4] and by global insurance group Munich Re.[5]
IFGL purchased Friends Provident International on July 16 2020 in a £259m deal[6][7][8] after extended talks between the parties.[9][10]
