From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki
Interweaving is a way of thinking and a practice that is human centric and work oriented. Interweaving focus on and work with two key questions:
- What is most important (salient) to people in work they do with others?
- How do people and things fit, act, and evolve together across socially and technically constructed and natural boundaries?
