Inuparathi Guttalu
Inuparathi Guttalu is a hillock spread across 1,500 Hectares of Reserve Forest under Dharmasagar Mandal. It is closely connected with the Tri-cities of Warangal - Hanamkonda - Kazipet and stretches from Devunoor to Damera. Warangal Urban district accounts for 1% forest area and Devunoor is the major forest block of 800 Hectares. The scenic forest comes under Dharmasagar Mandal and is a home for rare species of Plants, Birds and has a host of wildlife – peacocks, spotted deer, four-horned antelopes, Indian gazelle, hyenas, pythons, mongoose, lizards etc. [1]
The District collector Amrapali along with the forest department are working together to make this area into an eco-tourist site. They are in process of making this into an trekking track along with night camp facility that would attract many trekking enthusiasts from far and wide.[2]
