Inyo Broadcast Holdings is an American television broadcasting company headquartered in Salt Lake City that owns and operates 23 television stations across the United States. Out of these 23 television stations, 21 are affiliated with Ion Television, 1 with Bounce TV, and 1 with Court TV.
History
Inyo Broadcast Holdings was founded as a holding company to take in 23 television stations from Ion Media in 2020 after The E. W. Scripps Company purchased Ion Media to meet FCC ownership caps in markets where Scripps had already owned stations. The transaction was completed on January 7, 2021.[1]
