Iqram Magdon-Ismail is a Zimbabwe-born entrepreneur who is currently based in New York City. Magdon-Ismail is best known for co-founding the mobile payment service Venmo, along with Andrew Kortina, in 2009.[2] Venmo was acquired for $26.2 million by Braintree in 2012,[3] and is now owned by PayPal.[4] In 2015, Venmo processed payments of $7.5 billion.[5]
Iqram currently runs Ense,[6] a voice app that allows you to communicate publicly and privately with the world.
