Biography
Irada Isgandarova was born on 7 June 1958 in the city of Baku.
In 1965, she entered the musical school named after Bul-bul.
In 1975, she graduated from the secondary school No 15 with honours. In the same year she entered the Law faculty of the Azerbaijan State University and in 1980 graduated from University with honours.
In 1980, she was appointed to the position of Adviser of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since 1983 she had been working as the Head of the Secretariat of Plenum and Presidium of the Supreme Court.
From 1985 to 1990 she worked as the Judge of Supreme Court.
In 1990, she worked as Adviser in the Baku City Court and then as Assistant to the Chairman of this Court.
From 1998 to 2003, she worked as the Head of Department of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2002, she entered the Faculty of Public and Municipal Administration of Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In 2005, she graduated from Academy with honours.
Since 2003, she has been working at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan. From 2003 to 2020, she worked as the Head of Registration Department of Sabail district of Baku city.
From 2014 to 2020, she was an Acting Head of Baku Marriage Registry House of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 2020 up to the present time, she is the Head of Baku Marriage Registry House of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Mrs. Irada Isgandarova speaks Russian and German.
Mrs. Irada Isgandarova is married and has two sons.
Awards
The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated of 20 November 2006, on awarding with “For distinction in public service” Medal.
The Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated of 20 November 2018, on awarding with “Taraggi” Medal.
The Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated of 7 June 2018, on awarding with "Lapel badge" of the Ministry of Justice.
