Irakli Simsive (born 23 July 2000) is a Georgian rugby union player. He plays as Wing for RC Aia Kutaisi in Georgia Championship Didi 10.[1] He was called in Georgia U20 squad for 2018 World Rugby Under 20 Championship.[2] In 2021 Irakli Simsive was called in Georgia national rugby union team for the 2021 July rugby union tests, where Georgia is playing against world champions, South Africa and Scotland
