Irfan Noor K (born 19 December 1996) is a Pakistani actor, producer, and filmmaker from Gwadar, Balochistan. Active since 2014, he has contributed to writing, directing, producing, and acting in both documentary and experimental cinema.[1]
Career
Acting
In 2025, Noor K starred as the lead and served as co-producer in Aleem Bukhari’s short film Karmash, which premiered in the Directors’ Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival—the first Pakistani short selected in that segment.[2][3]
The film received deeper attention: Dawn Images and The Diplomatic Insight noted its emotional resonance and guerilla-style filmmaking.[4][5]
Experimental drama
Noor K co-wrote, starred in, and co-produced the experimental short Anaari Science (2024). It premiered in Hyderabad and won **Best Feature Film** at the FILUMS International Film Festival 2025. Documentaries
