The Ironclads series of board wargames is Avalanche Press's new series about naval combat in the mid-1800s. The series is loosely based on the company's Great War at Sea, and features operational and tactical level gameplay.
Games
Hearts of Iron is the first game in the Ironclads series, covering naval combat in 1864 and 1866, including the battles of Helgoland, Swinemunde, and Lissa.
