Ismail Matte is a Science and Technology professional in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Information Communication Technology.With years of experience in research, design, development, implementation and testing of electronic components and Information systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use employing knowledge of science and technology in electrical / electronic engineering theory, engineering mathematics, material science, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning and internet of things (IoT).
Ismail has supported the government of uganda get rid of non authentic records on the government payroll, by way of biometrics verification, identification and authentication, hence saving government money that could have otherwise been paid to non authentic and non existent public officers, pensioners and beneficiaries.
Ismail is a trained Science and Technology professional, in electrical and electronics engineering, information Systems Auditing[1], data science, systems administration, ethical hacking, digital identity, digital money, internet of things, 5G technology, cloud computing (oracle 12c), database management, Neo4j graph databases, power engineering, smart grids and micro-grids, process improvement and excellence etc.
Ismail holds a Masters Degree of Science and Technology in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelors Degree of Science and Technology in General Electronics Engineering from the Abou Bekr Belkaid University of Tlemcen - Algeria
