Ispirer Systems Ltd. (Ispirer) is a software development company that provides products and services for automated migration of databases and applications,[1] including conversion of data, SQL, application code, embedded SQL and database API.

Ispirer Systems was founded in 1999. Dmitry Tolpeko, Boris Shiklo and Yury Jhol are the founders of the company. Ispirer has developed a unique tool called SQLWays that enables to automate database migration. The company is headquartered in Bothell, WA, USA. High Availability Systems Co.Ltd. (HAS) is a Japanese Solution Partner of Ispirer.
Ispirer Systems develops its own software product Ispirer Toolkit, formerly known as Ispirer SQLWays,[2] that migrates databases from legacy to the latest technologies developed by Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP, HPE, Teradata, Amazon and others.
Ispirer Toolkit[3] also is capable to convert applications from PowerBuilder, COBOL, Delphi, Informix 4GL, Progress 4GL to new technologies such as .NET[4] and Java.
Ispirer has worked on migration projects with customers from Fortune 500 and Forbes Global 2000.
