There has been investigations related to the 2023 Hamas-led attack on Israel and it has been found that Israel knew about the plans that happen on 2023 Hamas-led attack on Israel more than a year before it happened and it instead labeled it as "aspirational" and ignored it.[2] There was a 40 page document which was named Jericho Wall made by Israeli intelligence detailing the plan.[3] Though it's unclear how Israel got on hold of this document but it's indicated that it got directly intercepted from Hamas and it's also unclear if Benjamin Netanyahu got knowledge of this article or other top officials. And US official John Kirby had knowledge of this document ever existing.[4] And reports also claim that an Israeli intelligence officer warned that Hamas was conducting an training exercise before the attack happen and saying that it was a outline to start a war. The Israeli Security Agency which is in charge of counter-terrorism in Gaza has not responded to this accusation. The Israeli newspaper Haaretz also reported the claim.
