Ivan Palomino is a Swiss entrepreneur, learning strategist and behavioral designer.

Early Life[edit]

Ivan Palomino was born in Lima (Peru), he grew up in Geneva (Switzerland). Ivan has a Master of Science in Engineering in the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (Switzerland) - his major is in Biotechnology.[1]

Career[edit]

Ivan has worked for many years for global corporations in roles spanning from strategic planning, marketing to corporate innovation.

He is the CEO of PeopleKult, a work culture consultancy and technology company.

In 2019, he co-founded Bessern [2]- a leading EdTech based in the UAE. [3]

Ivan speaks French, Spanish and English. He is the father of 2 daughters and husband of an impressive human. [8]

He has lived in Switzerland, Peru, Spain and the UAE. He is a Wellbeing at Work Advocate and Expert on Behavioral Sciences applied to Learning.
