Iwan Sulistyo, (S.Sos., M.A.) is a scholar and lecturer in the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lampung, Indonesia. In mid-2013 to early 2015, he was a lecturer at the Department of Government and Department of State Administration, at Ekasakti University (Unes), Padang; and in August 2014–June 2015, he taught in the Department of International Relations, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, at Andalas University. While teaching at Unes, since he taught undergraduate students from various backgrounds, especially the younger generation from the Mentawai tribe, he gained a perspective on life in terms of culture and aspects of bureaucratic practice at the village level.
Activities
On 13 November 2017, he was one of the speakers at a seminar held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.[1]
In 2021 and 2022, Iwan Sulistyo was the chairperson of the 2nd University of Lampung International Conference on Social Sciences (ULICoSS) and the 3rd ULICoSS.[2]
