J4yDiZz1e (Javion Lawrence) (born September 24, 2001) is a Music Artist who started his career back in Summer of 2015. He has released songs such as "Victorious Days!" and "Ferrari Death Trap!" that boosted his position online to new heights and secured his spot in the underground rap scene.

Early Life[edit]

Soon after being born, J4ydizz1e moved to Dallas, Texas, where he spent most of his upbringing learning about multiple genre's that would shape his sound as we know it today. Dizz1e refers to his Mom putting him onto a lot of music back then, and not long into growing up (around age 10), his Grandparents would gift him a Guitar for Christmas. This sparked a small, but soon to be long pursuit into music and media creation.

Career[edit]

J4ydizz1e begun making music on his iPad back in 2014 (age 13), however, Dizz1e wouldn't start posting his work until late 2015. This was the year Dizz1e would take both, his stage name and craft serious, and post to services such as YouTube and SoundCloud. Not long into uploading, J4ydizz1e would begin meeting various local artists and producers that he would collaborate with. One being a staple in his production history, "Nemy Rose". The two started working regularly and by Summer 2016, Dizz1e had released his very first mixtape, "The Proj3ct" with multiple credits to Nemy.

By early 2017, Dizz1e released his first project on all major DSP's titled "Mid Days", with more Nemy, and a bigger reach than previous projects. At this point, the two creatives were solidified and launched a collaboration project titled "NiZz1e Rose", with features from locals and full in-house production by Nemy Rose. There wasn't a plan on stopping anytime soon, as Dizz1e would then follow up with the mixtape to push him to new heights, "The Gameboy Mixtape".

This, along with the project's hit single "Victorious Days!" (released September 2017; Produced by Nemy Rose) dropping weeks before the mixtape, put J4ydizz1e in a position to shine. Dizz1e would not let up this year, as only 3 months later, he would drop arguably the biggest boost to his online presence to date. On December 3rd, 2017, J4ydizz1e released "Ferrari Death Trap!" and would get a co-sign from the song's cover model and Actress "Zendaya" on Twitter the following week. With the set up given, Dizz1e rushed into 2018 with an even bigger drive to pop off and be seen.

Continuing the work already put in, J4ydizz1e went through 2018 releasing multiple singles including "Keep it Undercover", a way of paying homage to Zendaya's opening theme song on the Disney Channel show, "KC Undercover". By 2019, Dizz1e began adding local underground artists to the creative collective, "DeadStreet Entertainment / Music Group", holding artists such as, "Kid Drool", "Q Senpai", and even producers "Nemy Rose" and "Windsor Beats".

By 2020, J4ydizz1e released his first, official studio EP, titled "Persistence" (released January 2020; Produced by Yeoj) and would begin somewhat slowing down the consistency of uploads in favor of taking more time and experimenting with new sounds. This is where a huge shift in Dizz1e's trajectory would be seen, as he stopped focusing on being seen and instead focused on building up the artists around him and becoming more of an "Album artist" (as he called it).

Music Catalog[edit]

J4ydizz1e's full music catalog is unknown and it can get very difficult to find a lot of songs older than from 2017. It was reported back in 2019, Dizz1e had released 100+ songs and still had a vault with over a hundred more. A lot of songs from Dizz1e have been reuploaded by fans and supporters of his work, along with the random side content that released on the official "DeadStreet Music Group" page on SoundCloud.

This has lead to listeners grouping song together and labeling each "Era" the artist has had coming up. A lot of J4ydizz1e's notable songs, stem from both the "2017 Era" and the "2020 Era", as looking through the most played tracks will show.
