Jay Chua (Chinese: 蔡戋倡 [simplified], 蔡戔倡 [traditional]; Pinyin: Cai Jiānchàng; Korean: 채건창), born on May 31, 1989, in Malaysia, is a Singaporean web designer, singer, songwriter, and artist. Known by his stage name, Jay Chua (蔡戋倡 in Chinese), he became a permanent resident of Singapore after moving there in 2012. He gained recognition in 2018 as a multi-talented individual in both web design and music.

Jay Chua was born in Malaysia but is a descendant of Xiamen, Fujian, China. He is fluent in English and Mandarin. His hobbies include cycling, drawing, composing songs, and photography. Inspired by musicians such as Jay Chou, Eric Chou, JJ Lin, Li Ronghao, and David Tao, Jay pursued a diverse range of interests.
