Jack Brett Anderson (born 6 August 1991) is an English actor and model. He is known for his roles as Matei Covaci on the CBBC series Wolfblood and as Géry Pieret on the National Geographic series Genius. He has also appeared in the films Don't Hang Up and Acceptable Damage.
Early life[edit]
Jack Brett Stephen Anderson was born in London, England. He first started acting at 12 and did an A-level in drama.[1] His first proper acting job was in a theatre production of Edward II by Christopher Marlowe.[2]
Career[edit]
In 2014, Anderson was the lead in a short film Hello, Again which premiered at the London Short Film Festival. He first came to prominence in the docu-drama Is This Rape? Sex on Trial (2015), directed by John O'Kane and Ben Anthony.[2] In 2016, he was cast as Matei Covaci in the series Wolfblood. He was the lead for 2 seasons. In 2018, he appeared as Belgian thief Géry Pieret on the Emmy Award winning series Genius with Antonio Banderas.[3] He has also modelled for Dolce & Gabbana in London and Milan.[4][5]
