Lawsuits against Dan Brown[2]
Dunn claims that Dan Brown gained his success and international fame from The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons and their derivative works, The Lost Symbol, Inferno and Origin from copying Dunn’s 1997 novel The Vatican Boys. Dunn filed a lawsuit in 2006-2007 against Brown, Random House and Sony Pictures for $500 Million claiming the structure of The Vatican Boys was copied into The Da Vinci Code. In 2011-2012 Jack Dunn filed a second $500 Million lawsuit against Brown and Simon & Schuster claiming that characters were created by Brown in Angels and Demons from the text of The Vatican Boys and that it was a derivative work of Dunn’s The Vatican Boys.[3]
Dunn has 14 books on Amazon[4] and most world book sites (Jack Dunn – Books) and 2 screenplays (Hollywood) between 1982-2012 receiving a prestigious IPPY National Writing Award[5] for his book Babylon’s Tablet of Destiny[6] in May, 2009. One of his books, Holyoke[7], The Belle Skinner Legacy is now being made into a movie, with productions to start Spring 2016. He has also written numerous professional electrotherapy[8] articles that involved the design, operation, the bio-medical aspects and the marketing and selling of medical devices and products worldwide, many of which have been published and translated into several different languages.
2011–2018 – President/CEO JDE Group LLC, GlobalCare Marketing Group and GlobeTens LLC, all international providers of electro-therapy equipment and electrodes. Recently, he is/has been a consultant for several large American, Chinese, Korean and European companies. Strengths are in the development of new technology to create WIRELESS and WIRED Tens/EMS devices and then set sales strategies to create and co-ordinate the world markets including NEW medical devices and innovative gel formulas for electrode products. Recently this has included new Wireless Over the Counter (OTC) devices and Prescription Tens units. Some units include Drive Medical Painaway series and WiTouch by Core which is now sold by Bayer as Aleve Tens. PainRemedy is another design of his that was recently introduced by Core. These products are new designs of devices for the $1 billion dollar in sales a year of Amazon and many other Internet sites channels. He’s also developed markets to sell all of these products through large high-volume healthcare companies in the United States, Canada, Europe and China. The wireless products have been incredibly successful within a short period of time due to insightful device design of Wireless Technology and the implementation of aggressive marketing programs to promote Tens and EMS concepts, awareness and use.[1]
2003–2011 – Designer – American – Canad- Taiwan and Chinese Electro-Medical Industry Products, and a Consultant to – American, Chinese, South Africa, India, Canada and German Electro-Medical Systems companies. Consultant/Distributor to several Multi-National Medical Corporations – including Medline, Phillips, Skylark, Apex, Everyway, Union Carbide, APS, Seinex, Drive Medical, Thought Technologies (monitors supplier to NASA Space Shuttles)AND OTHERS.
1998-1999 – A Mem of President William Clinton’s U.S. Commerce Department – Irish Delegation to Northern Ireland – Opened a Company in Belfast – Formed/Operated - CEO Worldwide Medical Inc. – independent-hospital A MRI and C.T. refurbishing facility funded by UK-London government.
1994-1999 - PresidenTransAmerica Medical Syste ms LLC- International distributions of Electro-Medical devices and supplies to dealers and insurance companies.

These companies were funded bThe International Silver Company (Tolle Silver) and private banks. He was the keynote speaker at the International Pain Conference in Jerusalem, spoke on Micro Current therapy in 1992. Developed and marketed the 1st Tens size Micro-current device in the world.
1985-1992 - International Authority and Expert – Electro-Medical Products – Joint Venture – American and Chinese Company (Skylark Device Company Ltd.) - Formed and operated Global Care Inc. – CEO – Director of Marketing and Sales Worldwide – A major prime mover in the development of a $100 million a year market development/crossover devices development from American to Offshore electro-therapy products. This crossover fueled the development of over 1000 companies that eventually sold Tens products worldwide from this point in time to present days sales.
1985-2007 - Market Development of Electrotherapy – Pioneer in medical Tens Digital Technologies - United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia – helped to covert the world market to the new electronics including Micro-current and Digital products.
1981-1986 – International Sales Manager, Cryomedics Inc. a Kuwait Oil Company funded Tens company based in London, England. He was hired to direct the international development of Spembly Medical, a London based Tens company.
1979-1981 - Medtronic Inc. - One of the Original Developers of the Company’s Neurological Division – designed and sold Tens and EMS units and electrodes in US - tested the first re-usable electrodes in the world - held first ever Tens Seminar in the world, Evaluated United States Physician and Rehabilitation markets and then trained an entire national US sales force. In addition to training was 1st in Sales every month for 1 1/2 years out of 20 national salespeople.
