Jack Horton
John Horton, known as Jack Horton and Cullen Jack, is an American singer-songwriter and pianist based in the Portland, Oregon.[1]
Career[edit]
Horton released his "Space and Time" single and was ranked #15 on iTunes in the world music category.[2]
Personal life[edit]
Horton resided in Tokyo [3] for 7 years and then returned to the US and attended law school in the United States.
He worked for several years as a prosecutor, White House aide and as CEO of a technology company before returning to music.
John Horton has served as a policy advisor in the drug policy office of The White House. In that capacity, he coordinated federal policy on a variety of issues, including prescription drug abuse and Internet pharmacies.[4] He has appeared in multiple videos on C-Span, [5] [6] where he has testified alongside politicians like Ted Cruz, discussing topics such as internet governance. [7]
