The JACKAL drone system is designed to be an affordable alternative to attack helicopters. It was developed by Gebze Technical University and weighs 130 kg, with a carrying capacity of 15 kg. It is used for reconnaissance, cargo and logistics. The Jackal can take off and land without the need for an airfield thanks to VTOL.[1]
