@Sahaib3005: Hi, for the resources, i had attached for the MA thesis and part of his biographies like the column he written is proven through another published book and also the newspaper to prove that he is a food critic, columnist. The writer is proven through his own published book "Truly Nyonya Malacca" and his notability i think can prove through the Truly Nyonya Malacca as this book is collections of few libraries such as Singapore National, US library of Congress (proven through Worldcat). Jacky Liew (also known as Mandarin: Liào Chéng Lán) (simplified Chinese: 廖城兰, traditional Chinese: 廖城蘭) is a Malaysian Chinese food columnist[1], food critic,[2][3][4][5] and writer.[6][7][8] His pen name is Si Gongzi (simplified Chinese: 食公子, traditional Chinese: 食公子).[7][9][10][11][12][13][14]

Since 1997, Jacky Liew has written columns in few Chinese magazines in Malaysia [15] such as Apple (Chinese: 苹果 Pinguo),[16] Food World (Chinese: 风味 Fengwei),[17] Traveller's Digest of Malaysia (Chinese: 旅行家 Lvxing Jia),[18] Rod and Line (Chinese: 钓鱼月刊 Diaoyu Yuekan),[19] Feminine (Chinese: 风采),[20] Oriental Feminine (Chinese: 美味风采),[21] Nanyang Newspaper,[22][23] Xin Flavour (Chinese: 新之味)[24], Coorporate Journey (Chinese: 创业家)[25] and others.[7]
