Jacqueline Harvey

Jacqueline Harvey (b. 1969) is an Australian author.[1] She is best known for her Alice-Miranda and Clementine Rose book series. She has published 63 books as of January 2026. [2]
Career
Harvey worked as a teacher at Abbotsleigh as Deputy Head Master[3]. While teaching, she started writing novels, and her first book, The Sound of the Sea, was published in 2006.[4] In 2012, Harvey quit teaching and pursued writing as a full-time career.[citation needed]
