Jahanbakhsh Pazoki (Persian: جهانبخش پازوکی), also transcribed as Pazooki and Pazouki, is a songwriter, based in Los Angeles. He was born in Shiraz in 1937.[1] started his career in Tehran in the 1970s and after the Islamic Revolution moved to the United States.

Pazooki has worked with many Persian popular singers in Tehran and Los Angeles including Akbar Golpayegani, Hayedeh, Sattar, Mahasti, Homeyra, Moein and Martik.

Pazoki for a while was one of the singwriters of Gol-ha program at Radio Tehran as well. [2]

In 2011 the Persian community in Los Angeles celebrated the life and contribution of Pazoki to Persian music. Empress Farah Pahlavi also sent a message for the ceremony.[3]
