Her career started when her laptop reportedly broke and had to fill her time watching youtube which led to the loophole of creators that inspired her. Jaiden naturally been an enthusiast in drawing and had her first appearance in youtube when she sent iHasCupquake her fanart which led to her creating more of it. iHasCupquake later mentioned in her videos that she would like to have segments of her videos animated to which Jaiden took the offer on her Facebook fan page. Jaiden created a total of 8 animations for the channel between august of 2014 to august of 2016.

Feeling confident, Jaiden released her channel Jaiden Animations on February 16th 2014. However, Jaiden didn’t upload any content until July 23rd 2014 where she gave a short introduction about herself. Jaiden initially did speed art and Q&A but her main attraction was her animations. Similar to the styles of Domics and Swoozy, Jaiden mixed with the storytelling and humour of a traditional blog to the presentation of an animated sketch. In 2016, her channel grew from 150,000 subscribers to over 1.4 million subscribers.

Her channel has since grown to have over nine million subscribers, her videos equally bolstering impressive views often double her subscriber count. Jaiden defines herself as shy and awkward, which makes the audience connect and relate to her. Her storytelling animations are referred to as “dorky and funny” and this helps to engage the audience.

Collaborations[edit]

Aside from the animators mentioned above, she has appeared in several other channels. She participated in MrBeast's 100,000 YouTuber Battle Royale and partnered with TheOdd1sOut and Anthony Padilla and ended up winning the game for her team after she popped her last opponent’s ballon.

Jaiden has made a music video with Boyinaband called "Empty", which reflected her experience with anorexia in her college days. She lost confidence in herself and believed that her looks did not improve her standards. She describes the experience as “tired, cold and sad all the time.”

Jaiden made a debut in Youtube rewind 2017. Her animation came in the video's credits.

Jaiden later appeared in TheOdd1sOut's card game Cafe Chaos as a card in the Animator's Pack. She is portrayed with Ari, who is comically cursing.

Personality[edit]

Jaiden is shy and tends to be nervous around people. She calls herself "awkward" and "anxious," although she has cited her YouTuber career as helping her get better at interactions. She talks about these traits in many of her videos, the most notable one being “Why I Don’t Have a Face Reveal," in which she talks about her problems with self-consciousness and body dysmorphia. In a more recent video titled "Anxiety is the Greatest! (jk it can go jump off a microwave)," Jaiden talks about her struggles with anxiety and depression. She is quite kind and considerate and follows a vegan diet, which is most likely due to her concerns about how animals are treated on farms.

Personal Life[edit]

She used to live in Arizona, and did her entire life, but has recently moved to Los Angeles, California. She has not revealed details about her parents and has made privacy her priority. Her parents have been very supportive of her career as she stated, “They were adamant that I needed to stay in school for a bit, but now they are my biggest supporters and I’m thankful they’re rooting for me”. Jaiden was in her freshman year of college when she had to convince her parents to try out youtube as her full-time profession.

Relationships[edit]

She has kept close relationships with several YouTubers on the platform such as TheOdd1sOut, TimTom, and SomeThingElseYT. Frequent collaborations with iHasCupquake, TonyVToons, TheOdd1sOut, SomeThingElseYT, Let Me Explain Studios, GingerPale, Domics, and other creators helped in increasing their subscriber count.

She has mentioned that she's been on dates on multiple occasions, however, at the moment, her dating life is currently private. In a Livestream, she said that she does not consider herself 'fully gay or 'fully straight'.
