Barbados

Despite football being stigmatized as a sport of criminals in Panama,[1] Lombardo pursued the sport in his teenage years, becoming one of three Panamanians making the 2013 Digital Premier Clinic in Barbados.[3] There, the attacker impressed, bagging a hat-trick in one game,[4] opting to stay in Barbados and enter the University of the West Indies there, becoming a part of their football team in 2016 and scoring over five goals in 8 games,[1] including one in a 4-1 thrashing of Brittons Hill.[5]

Trinidad and Tobago

He bagged a brace in a 4-1 comeback over CS Moulien to steer San Juan Jabloteh to the final round of the 2017 Caribbean Club Championship.[6]
