James (Jim) Anthony Breslo (born February 27, 1967) is an American attorney, businessperson, and media personality.

Education[edit]

Breslo graduated cum laude[1] from the University of California, Irvine (where he was the voice of the UC Irvine Anteaters men's basketball team and host of Freedom of Voice talk show on KUCI-FM), and received his law degree from Northwestern University.[2] Breslo served as an editor of the Law Review and authored Taking the Punitive Damage Windfall Away from the Plaintiff: An Analysis, 86 Nw. U. L. Rev. 1130 (1991-1992)[3] for which Breslo was awarded the Lowden-Wigmore Prize[4] for writing and which has been widely cited in books[5] and major legal publications.[6][7][8][9]

Legal and business career[edit]

Breslo was a partner at the international law firm Seyfarth Shaw where he defended companies and individuals against alleged Civil and political rights violations.[10]  He left the firm in 2001 to become President of Diamond Game [11][12] a gaming company which provides lottery machines and tickets to numerous state lotteries in the US and Canada.[13][14] Diamond Game was subsequently purchased by The Stars Group (TSG).[15] Breslo stayed on as President/CEO, and in 2016 Diamond Game became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Innova Gaming Group (IGG.TO) of which Breslo became President and board member.[16] Breslo authored and is identified as inventor on numerous patents for new types of gaming devices.[17]

Media career[edit]

Breslo hosted the Jim Breslo Show on KRLA and Casino Talk with Louie Anderson weekends on KAMP-FM.[2] In February 2018, Breslo founded RealKast, a new media company, in Los Angeles, California.[18] RealKast’s first production was the Hidden Truth Show [19] hosted by Breslo. It is a weekly podcast available on ITunes#Podcasts,[20] Stitcher Radio,[21] iHeartRadio,[22] and Spotify.[23] The show’s first subject matter was the Las Vegas Shooting, which first aired February 13, 2018,[24] for which Breslo attained notoriety for being the first person to interview Bruce Paddock, brother of alleged Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock.[25] [26][27] The Show then covered the transgender movement,[28] with Breslo again receiving national attention for being the first person to interview Sophia Hutchins, transgender partner of Caitlyn Jenner,[29][30][31] The Show later investigated the Michael Jackson child molestation allegations, for which Breslo received national attention for his interview of Jackson bodyguard Bill Whitfield author of Remember The Time: Protecting Michael Jackson In His Final Days, during which Whitfield reported Jackson was heterosexual and "into women." [32][33][34] Other notable interviews by Breslo receiving national attention include that of Russian superstar singer Alex Sparrow, [35][36] President Barack Obama's brother Malik Obama, who revealed for the first time that his children died in Kenya awaiting visas to come to the United States and President Obama did nothing to assist them with visas despite knowing they were sick,[37] and former Air force Intelligence Specialist Mike Turber who claimed to have first hand knowledge that USS Nimitz UFO incident involved secret gravity-defying U.S. Air force craft.[38][39]

Breslo has appeared as a legal expert on Fox News,[40] [41][42] CNN’s HLN,[43]CRTV,[44] and Law & Crime.[45] Breslo made news when he accused California Governor Gavin Newsom of using the State’s Homelessness crisis as justification for signing into law a statewide rent control bill despite voters having defeated a referendum on rent control less than a year prior.[46] Breslo also writes Opinion pieces for FoxNews.com.[47]
