James Cook (Assistant to Henry Clay)
James Cook was Assistant to Henry Clay during President John Quincy Adam's term. He helped Henry Clay when he needed it with small, household tasks. Not Much is known about him except that he was born and raised in San Leandro California. Along with Him, Henry Clay had many assistants. They were not official, but they were paid workers for him; They were practically Housekeepers.
