James Maxey is a UK based solicitor who graduated with LLB Hons from the University of London[1] in 1994. Maxey worked as a trainee solicitor then a solicitor for GLP Solicitors[2] from 1995- 2000 and went on to found Express Solicitors,[3] a personal injury[4] law firm, in September 2000.

A member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel[5] for over 10 years, Maxey has over 28 years’[2] experience and has made several notable media appearances[3] on BBC Breakfast TV, BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours Programme as well as at an ABS seminar where he was invited to speak as an industry expert.

Maxey attained Senior Litigator status at APIL[6] and a variety of Director roles[7] at other companies including MWH Holdings Limited, Mckays EXP Ltd and Accident Law Limited.
